Honey Grilled BBQ Chicken Breasts

Here's a tasty recipe of all types of chicken

Everyone loves chicken and the preferred method is the tender and lean chicken breast.  They are not too expensive and your heart will love you for it!

2 pounds chicken breasts, skinless, boneless

  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons pepper sauce
  • sea salt
  • fresh ground black pepper

Preheat your grill for medium heat.

Combine all of the ingredients, less the chicken breasts, in a non-reactive saucepan and bring to a slow boil over medium heat while stirring occasionally.

Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes.

Salt and pepper your chicken breasts and place on the grill directly over the heat source. Turn a couple of times and just before they are finished, move to a cooler side of the grill and begin basting the chicken with the sauce while the chicken finishes cooking. Turn the chicken occasionally and continue basting with your barbecue sauce.

You shouldn't baste with this sauce directly over the heat as the tomatoes and honey will burn over direct heat.
