Chipotle Chicken Yogurt Marinade

And we're not talking about frozen yogurt!

As we mentioned earlier, simple plain yogurt is truly a magical ingredient when it comes to making a great marinade. It tenderizes the chicken while keeping it very moist and succulent. When you add a little great flavor and warm spices-- you end up with a dynamite dish. Just try it, yogurt will be your newest, "bestest" friend!

  Chicken parts

  • 1/2 Tablespoon Knox's Chipotle BBQ
    dry rub spice blend
  • 1 Cup plain yogurt
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon or lime juice

Mix Knox’s Chipotle BBQ dry rub spice blend, yogurt and citrus. Pour over chicken or place in zip lock bag with chicken and let marinade for
at least 2 hours.

You could add 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes to heat it up a bit. This marinade is also excellent on chicken or lamb kabobs.
