Sabroso Rice

There's nothing quite like Spanish rice

There are so many restaurants named "Sabroso" it would make your head spin.  But now you don't have to go out for great Mexican rice dishes.  Simply made, this recipe is great!

   1 1/2 Cups White Rice

  • 3 Cups of Chicken Stock or Water
  • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoon chopped Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped Red Bell
  • 2 Teaspoons Sabroso seasoning

Bring chicken stock to a boil, add salt, stir to dissolve. Add remaining ingredients and boil for 5 minutes. Turn off and cover for 10 - 15 minutes. Fluff before serving. Excellent side, great in wraps!!
