Yummy Oven Baked Potato Wedges

Mexican food is everyone's favorite

Out in the West Texas town of El Paso / I fell in love with a Mexican girl....Marty Robins.  You will certainly fall in love with this chicken sabroso.  Direct flavors from Mexico.

   3 Large Potatoes

  • Knox's Yummy Chicken dry rub spice blend
  • Olive oil

Cut each potatoes into 6 long wedges. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle on Knox’s Yummy Chicken dry rub spice blend.

Spread out wedges on a cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes. Turn wedges and bake another 20 minutes until they
begin to brown and are crispy on the outside and soft inside.
